'When I set up an account with Mozilla, it was working fine, then changed to 2 factor log in. I don't know how to change it back. I would use my own email account (kemartin124@yahoo.com) but EA sets up an entire new account & Iose everything & can't get it back. I've tried to contact EA customer support but can't get a response. It's almost impossible, is there a workaround that could be done to correct it. Please contact me at kemartin124@yahoo.com., I would greatly appreciate anything you can do. I know it was done before. Thanks again.

I've just updated Firefox to 136.0 and found the "return closed tab" key became blank and ineffective. I read the update log but didn't find infomation about this change. The function was useful to me and I hope to get it back.

Just signed up for Disney+ and I can seem to login on firefox at all. I do the whole submit phone number for opt but then I dont get moved to the page where I can actually type in my OTP.

I tired all technical options in cleaning browser, cookies cache, Incognito... Now I am forced to use Chrome(which I reallllllllly dont like)

So I have Firefox suggestions via my browser history enabled but when I go to input something, only my bookmarks show, I tried to toggle it off/on bit didn’t work, anyone else having this issue?

I've just gone through having to reinstall windows due to 24H2 and I've got Firefox back thankfully.

My problem is that the sync account has created another device name (as I hadn't restarted after renaming the computer).

Can I get my old device profile back and discard the new one?

Can I just uninstall firefox then reinstall now the computer has been renamed after a restart?

Hi guys. I rely on the browsing history to sort the content I read as backing material. But I can't save it to PC. The only feature provided in history windows is to backup the bookmark. Given that Firefox would clear the history automatically on a 60 days basis, I will appreciate it if you would tell me how to save the history. Moreover, how to import the history record for PC, if available, so that I can browse the information and re-visit the websites in Firefox.

Hi, folks. Just updated to 136.0 two days ago. After the update, I had to re-login to sites I use every day and normally don't log out of (personal home desktop, no one else uses it). I REALLY don't like this.

After logging back in to a few basic sites, I found that the "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" option was CHECKED (Settings > Privacy&Security > Cookies and Site Data). I've always kept that unchecked, but 136 apparently changed that for me without asking. I unchecked it and thought that'd solve the problem.

Nope; happening again today. In my Settings, that same option had been RE-CHECKED. (I'm assuming that's what's causing the problem.)

Any ideas on how to stop Firefox from logging out of everything? (Some passwords behind my Primary Password are being remembered, but logins for things like my Google account, Gmail, newspaper subscriptions, Amazon, Bluesky, etc. have to be re-entered every time.)

Windows 11 Home, Firefox 136.0.

I synced my phone and my laptop and all of my bookmarks, some that I've had for years, are all gone. I used the same email but updated the password and now I don't have any of my bookmarks. My browser history for the past week or so is still intact. I just don't understand why my bookmarks are gone.

I factory reset my pc and i logged back in to my firefox account and all my saved log ins and book marks are gone did i loose them for ever or is there a way to get them back?

A opção nas configurações do browser "Abrir abas e janelas anteriores" está ativa, deixo várias abas abertas, mas quando fecho e abro novamente, as abas somem. Não sei se pode ser um problema externo, do computador, mas seria interessante se essa opção funcionasse como deveria.

Hello, I have entered 100% accurate login credentials. I know this because I know I can login with the same credentials on Safari and Chrome. I have enabled cookies and I have turned off Enhanced Tracking Protection and don't know why BofA.com won't load. I only get a spinning wheel that just keeps spinning. Please help! Thank you, David
